My name is David Turk and I am the Commissioner and Director of Business Operations for the Eastern Hockey Federation, a travel youth hockey league operating out of over 50 ice rinks in the Boston area. This will be our third season using GameSheet. In the 2022/23 Season our league scored 7,000 hockey games across 554 Teams utilizing GameSheet. *When we launched our first season with GameSheet one of our primary concerns was Teams being able to source iPads and getting pushback from our membership. Teams sourcing iPads is a non issue. First, there should be good communication between the league, GameSheet and the members regarding the iPad requirements. What we discovered is the following: GameSheet’s software runs on iPads up to 10 years old. Option 1 - Within a team a family will volunteer an old iPad for the Team Manager – iPads are plentiful within a Team and their families. Option 2 - Year over year we’ve experienced Associations buying refurbished iPads which are checked out for use by their Teams – typically one iPad/sheet of ice. Option 3 - As a courtesy to their home Association, facilities will sometimes buy iPads for their Club(s). Option 4 - If all else fails a team can purchase a refurbished iPad for $100-$200 and give the iPad to the Team Manager at the end of the season as a gift. GameSheet is win-win for all the stakeholders involved in providing an enjoyable hockey experience especially the parents run their lives in the digital world with access to real time, on-demand information. Partnering with Gamesheet has streamlined so much of the administrative workload that used to be required to organize and track information from individual paper game reports. On top of that, the transition to Gamesheet was seamless for our teams and league office, and the support and service that Shane has provided has been tremendous since Day 1.

We had the league decide that we MUST use this app going forward. Wasn't sure what to expect, used it for the first time tonight and had full support on getting it running. I thought it was going to be more complicated, but everyone including the coaches, ref's and scorekeeper got the concept within a minute. it’s just click and play.....great support staff! thanks very much.... the new way of hockey.

The Gamesheet has been a huge success for my hockey league this season. It's saved us time and the players love it cause of its live score feature and professional look it gives our game statistics, I will encourage other leagues that we play to use the Gamesheet, thank you.

We have one team manager at 16U who is really into the stats and getting credit to the players for assists etc... so he sends me a sheet after each of their games changes he feels is needed. He videos every game and reviews the video so until I told him to stop he would send me a video clip of what he felt should be changed to support his request. So his team played last night in fact they were involved in the overtime shootout, anyway he had a second assist on one of their team goals that he hoped could be input so this morning I did that..... This note is to pat Game Sheets on the back..... this was so easy to do, it was unreal. Absolutely love it.

The thing that we like best about GameSheet is the ease of uploading scores and statistics. Previously I would have to manually update scores of each game which took a fair bit of time, now thanks to GameSheet they are updated automatically within minutes. It is a very user friendly application and I would highly recommend other leagues to make the transition from paper to GameSheet!

Thanks to Richard and the folks at Gamesheet.Inc for their great customer service and fantastic product! We ran 4 rinks in 4 days for our Championship Weekend with over 700 players Major Novice to Midget, and the app was flawless. The players loved the up-to-date stats tracking, the timekeepers appreciated how easy it was to use, and the admins had no trouble making roster updates or changes last minute as needed.

As an official with Hockey Canada and the OMHA I love using the Gamesheet Inc app as it makes game management easier and efficient. When it comes to penalty report write-ups, this is extremely easier than manually filling out information regarding a player and doing a write-up.

We used the GameSheet Inc iPad scoring system for the first time in a showcase tournament this past weekend. From a Tournament Director perspective, eliminating paper scoresheets saved time and energy before, during, and after the tournament. The digital system saved time in the setup for the tournament because no one had to fill in each game's scoresheet. After each game, the stats were uploaded online instantly. After the tournament, all the teams had access to their scoresheets through their log-in, meaning no one had to ask me to scan and email their scoresheets to them. Through the 'Flagging' settings, we were easily able to identify games that had game misconducts that required extra attention.

The ETA is entering its 4th season using GameSheet Inc’s electronic game sheet. Its use has been the most significant item in improving our administrative system and in providing timely game results and statistics in our history.

Also, just to let you know that the league set up and the use of the iPad app was extremely easy and am getting a lot of positive responses from the players.

I just wanted to let you know that the GameSheet platform was awesome for the Woolwich Cup Challenge tournament. With most local league coaches/managers not having much experience with it, they picked it up quite easily.

I have been impressed with GameSheet since I first was introduced to the App. The IPAD App is easy to use and covers everything a timekeeper needs to know. I have had no complaints from anyone who has used it. To be able to do away with handwritten game sheets and taking pictures of game sheets that were sent to me, and not being able to read them is great.

New Brunswick Jr Hockey League used the GameSheet system this year for the first time. What a good decision! The roster management for the teams was easy and seamless. The players jersey numbers were always correct. The scoresheets were completely legible, even though I didn't have to spend hours each week updating the stats on our website, as it was done instantly without any effort on my part. I don't recall any teams or score keepers having any issues with the system, they all picked it up immediately. Looking forward to next year and having the player stats accumulate year after year. Anyone can be president now!

We worked with GameSheet for our inaugural Elite Prospects Pre-Draft Invitational. Our live scorekeepers found the system to be user-friendly and easy to manage before, during, and after each game. Additionally, our data management team was able to integrate the GameSheet statistics easily onto the Elite Prospects website. We look forward to our continued relationship for future events.

Moving from paper game sheets to electronic game sheets with Game Sheet Inc is a must for any minor sports organization looking to see their organization move to the next level. The Game Sheet Inc app is so easy to use, our young timekeepers are able to pick it up and use with minimal training. Not having to write out rosters on paper game sheets saves so much time and headaches.

Hey. Just wanted to thank you for your quick response to my question this morning. I sent in my question and within 30 mins Rich called my cell phone and we worked through my issue. Turns out I needed to add a player's number, did that and all is well. Thanks for the great customer service.

We have used the iPad Game Sheet for several seasons and it works well. All I can say is that using the iPad Game Sheet is far easier and more user-friendly for all compared to using the paper game sheet. Everything is there and uploaded to the website in real time for parents to view. I don't have to do manual entry for the stats and standings which was very time consuming. We run an 11-week season and unless the refs notify me of something serious that happened, I don't normally go in to check the penalty reports as I simply don't have time. If I get parent complaints from blowout games then I will go in to see what the issue was. I will refer to the stats and standings during the first few weeks to see if rebalancing needs to occur. Having the ability to see past seasons is very helpful when making teams as I can see which players are strong and which are not.

…their App has saved us hundreds of hours of volunteer time and has also made it easier to pull a player's individual records when we find ourselves looking at the player in a disciplinary hearing setting.

Let me begin by thanking all of you for making our first tournament use of Gamesheet such a positive and productive experience, we're hooked! Everyone involved with the Gold Puck tournament (timekeepers, volunteers, refs, coaches, managers), including first-time users, totally embraced the new electronic game sheets.

Everything is working great with Gamesheet. It was so easy to load all the information. It truly is a great product!

I really considered what constructive feedback I could offer but there is none. It's such a great system to use. More importantly, the coaches and officials are able to navigate it as well!

I found it easy to maneuver. Very intuitive, common sense controls and functions. Easy to use, easy to correct any operator errors. I have nothing but nice things to say so far.

We are returning GameSheet customers and couldn't be happier with it! One of our favourite elements is the reports area for administrators. Instead of exhausting valuable volunteer hours manually sifting through old game sheets (with often faded and scrawly handwriting) to try and track penalties or ensure suspensions were served, the GameSheet dashboard handles everything automatically. You can instantly search up players, penalty types, and suspension reports. It's a must-have for any league.
