GameSheet has revolutionized the way our tournaments operate. Switching to GameSheet has allowed us to streamline so many of our processes and eliminate tedious administrative work. In prior years we had to manually input over 3000 player names into the database but GameSheet’s integration with USA Hockey’s roster portal made this job seamless. This, along with the ability to import schedules via CSV, makes tournament setup a breeze.
With GameSheet, coaches, managers, and referees receive immediate post-game emails containing the official score sheet. And once games are finished, the standings and stats are updated automatically. Our tournament administrators no longer have to keep track of paper score sheets at different locations. And we can easily embed GameSheet’s stats widget right onto our website and arena TVs so family, friends, and fans are always in the loop.
Our scorekeepers easily adapted to the digital scoring app. All it took was a quick demo, and even our least technologically savvy scorekeepers became pros with the system. We also utilize GameSheet’s game flagging and reporting functions to track major penalties and misconducts. Immediate access to this data allows us to effectively monitor discipline and player safety at our tournaments.
